Jim Whitten’s experience, spanning over 40 years, covers all facets of planning, development, financing, and managing a wide variety of construction projects.

Jim Whitten has hands-on experience in both contracting and consulting on large multi-building facilities at various geographical locations. He has demonstrated competence in all facets of roofing and waterproofing consulting. He is familiar with conditions, practices, and legal requirements applicable to public and private sector roofing/waterproofing projects.

Jim Whitten’s knowledge and experience includes preparing construction document specifications and drawings, calculating preliminary opinions of construction costs, and performing life-cycle cost analyses to compare different roof system options for budget considerations.

Rob Hernandez

As senior roof consultant for Jim Whitten Roof Consultants, Rob Hernandez brings a full range of expertise and experience in roofing and waterproofing projects. Mr. Hernandez has conducted investigative surveys, designed reroofing and remediation projects, administered roof construction projects, and provided litigation support services.
