Independent Subconsultant. Licensed Professional Engineer, Registered Roof Consultant and LEED Accredited Professional. Ms. Doyle has over 6 years experience in the field of roofing and waterproofing consulting services.  She has experience in a wide range of areas related to the roofing and waterproofing consulting field, including assessment, design, specification, and construction administration.

Field Roofing and Waterproofing Consultant. Mr. Glover joined JWRC in early 2009, having worked with Zero/Six in Houston, Texas for the past four years. Mr. Glover has experience providing construction phase project management and inspection services for research facilities, hospitals, and university buildings. In these projects, Mr. Glover has worked with owners, contractors and design teams to ensure building components are designed and constructed according to design documents and owner intent. His experience includes a heavy concentration in providing constructability reviews.

Imaging and Field Consultant.  Mr. Miears has been with JWRC since 2003, and has extensive experience as a videographer.  His expertise has allowed us to offer our clients high-definition aerial photography, infrared imaging, non-invasive photography and video within building assemblies, and professional video of forensic investigations for use in courtroom scenarios. In addition, Mr. Miears also assists with field assessments and preparation of reports.

Robert Foster

Specialist in Sealants, Waterproofing, Glazing and Dampproofing. Mr. Foster joined Jim Whitten Roof Consultants, LLC in January of 2003 and has over 30 years experience in curtainwall, waterproofing, sealant products and applications.

Cynthia Hernandez

Administrative & Accounting Assistant.  Ms. Hernandez has been with JWRC since 2005. She assists the technical staff with administrative duties, coordinates client communications and provides accounting and marketing assistance services.
