In 2008, Hurricane Ike caused significant uplift damage of the roofs at HFBC. We provided an assessment report of storm damage, negotiation with insurance claims representatives, design documents for remediation, and onsite construction observations and administration services.

JWRC designed a new insulated TPO roofing system, including complete CSI format specifications and construction drawings. During construction, JWRC provided unannounced site visits to observe and document compliance with the contract documents. JWRC also coordinated installation of the new roof system with proposed photovoltaic adhered panels to maintain the roofing warranty and ensure the watertight integrity of the new roof system.
